Upon visiting this remarkable hotel, I was welcomed with a refreshing drink and friendly smiles, setting the tone for an extraordinary experience. The rooms were immaculate and boasted breathtaking views-one had a cozy balcony overlooking the stunning Kitzsteinhorn mountain, while the rooftop haven featured a hammock perfect for relaxation. I indulged in their superb spa facilities, and the fitness center exceeded my expectations. The breakfast spread was nothing short of delightful, combining local flavors with international cuisine. The staff's attentiveness, especially during my lost Summer Card saga, was commendable. It was evident that they genuinely cared about my stay. My experience was captivating, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable getaway in Kaprun.
